I regret not returning this item. At first I received the presidium without a probe, but the manufacturer quickly solved this problem. Thank you! Then it worked almost normally for some time, just enough to get past the return window, then it became impossible to calibrate. Taking into account all the recommendations (cleaning the probe on paper, working in a clean environment without disturbing the airflow, etc.), the needle only passes halfway when trying to calibrate. Sometimes it goes into the diamond segment and gets stuck. Now I'm looking at an expensive and useless tool that fell apart after 2-3 months of use. Even at the beginning, the calibration sometimes worked the first time, sometimes it took several attempts to stabilize. However. I decided to share my experience, which can help potential buyers. I want to be a happy customer.
