I can't comment on the durability because my wife hasn't had it for a long time but I will update if anything rips or breaks. I was very surprised by its size. It's a lot smaller than I thought from the picture so be careful. Its height is less than two feet. I assumed it would be a regular backpack size but that was my fault. Although my wife likes it. She is only allowed to enter the work without further ado for security reasons, and that suits her perfectly. The side drink pockets work pretty well and the zippers are smooth. It's plastic so I would only recommend it for light use. You don't want to use it for anything like mountaineering, if you get my meaning.
