Faulty monitor since power on

Firstly, it doesn't come with instructions on how to assemble and what cable goes with what, I figured it out myself.
The real problem is the monitor was faulty, it has a fault on the side of the monitor which I've been trying to fix for hours but since I first connected it to my computer half of the monitor screen is missing, it's dying and doesn't work. It's cheaper than other monitors here because you either buy it cheaply at retail or buy it in a more expensive monitor here at Revain because the cocar is defective!
