Excellent fan. Quiet and moves a lot of air. I mean this is 100% the best case fan I have ever had. I don't buy Noctua and stuff like that because I don't hate my money. Noctua is better but not for as much money. I can't speak to it directly, but as good as these fans are, it should be good enough for 95% of PC builders. Including me. I have one in my case that works 90% and is almost silent. A lot of fan noise is related to placement. The one on the inside of my case is almost silent, and the one on the side of the case facing me is loud because it's facing me. That's the nature of a side fan, no matter the brand. If you don't reduce it to 25%, you won't reduce the side fan noise. I would recommend these fans to anyone who needs PWM fans for their build.
