Over the past two decades, I have relied on nothing but Samsung electronics: washing machines, refrigerators, televisions, and mobile phones. Because my previous Samsung tablet no longer worked with the apps I needed, I decided to get a new one, and I went with the same manufacturer I had always liked. A combination of my hectic schedule and my faith in the reliability of this particular manufacturer led me to fail to thoroughly inspect the tablet I purchased from Amazon before I put it to use. Disappointed, I contacted Samsung about getting a replacement for my broken phone. They told me they value their customers so much that they were willing to swap out the screen, meaning that I would be getting a used, refurbished model rather than a brand new one. What circumstances and what constituents are unknown. The quality of the warranty repairs has been an issue for many people I know. Due to the aforementioned, I have resolved to liquidate at least a "new" tablet in order to avoid further financial commitment to this customer-centric firm's equipment.
