No Computers and Tablets

I purchased this laptop on December 22, 2020. Since then, for the fourth time writing this review, I've had to rest three times. It keeps freezing to the point where I have to hold down the power button to shut it down completely. In the process, I lose all the work I do. I would not recommend this notebook. I'm waiting for the seller to contact me so I can send it back and get a refund.
