A bit pricey considering the level of craftsmanship. The quirky part of the 'German design' is that you can see that the characters appear to be of Asian origin, with a couple looking like Princess Leah. It's made in China so understandable and certainly good, it just doesn't quite match the German Christmas pyramid you may remember or be looking for.

This pyramid arrived today, looks like they were in a hurry and just threw it in the box. The processing is very bad (feet on the lower legs forgot. The slots for the windmill blades are very uneven. I come from Germany and have bought many pyramids in my life. German pride is completely missing with this one! Never again I order online!

This exceeded anything I expected based on other product reviews. We're not German, we just love Christmas. It was in perfect condition and worked like a charm. My kids thought it was the coolest thing in the world. It reminded my wife of her childhood. I was revered as a wonderful father, husband and human being. Just take it. Candles burn fast. Buy at least two packs. Everyone wanted it to go on forever. COMPLETELY RADICALLY COOL

Not straight and drive spindle askew. The top with the fan blades is poorly designed and the parts don't fit together exactly. Spins with wobbles. My guess is that their profits aren't great because their production operating costs are too high. You must try to get as many customers as possible while getting ONLY 20-25% of profits. Always remember you get what you pay for and obviously $150 isn't what it used to be and low quality is more likely when there are pricier options.

If you are interested in this item, you should know that it is very cheap. First, the pieces don't fit together well because the glue is dripping all over the place. The instructions are in German only, but don't be fooled - the cheap paper it's printed on and the poor quality of the whole thing screams Chinese fake, although the country of origin is nowhere to be found on it or on it.
