All my TVs have been mounted for at least 10 years and I have always bought Hideit mounts for accessories and have been satisfied. When we finished decorating my son's garage room and needed a way to mount his Wii U, I looked through my old Hideit mounts and couldn't find one that would fit, so I thought I'd buy another one. I came across this mount and ordered it because it's versatile and super cheap. I have $100 hideit bindings that I may never use again which gets in the way. This mount works great and it's easier to detach the Wii with the velcro straps for travel. I only used one of the drywall screws (2 or even 4 seems overkill) and it's solid. The design is very well thought out and makes sense. It probably has better ventilation than on a table, so I'm not worried about heat. Some of the newer hideits are better at hiding part of the mount but are only for one component so you can't reuse them which I wanted to get rid of. I am very happy with this mount and love the design.
