Clear plastic discs the size and shape of a hockey puck so you know what you're getting. There is a white rubber ring on the bottom, apparently to prevent slipping. That does not work. The rings aren't actually attached, so they'll come loose at the slightest provocation. They rightly called her "ridiculous." This is the only honest part of the product. The tabletop should have some sort of cups or rims to hold the furniture legs, as well as a non-slip surface to keep the furniture legs from slipping. But that's not the case. The hard, smooth plastic surface has a shallow groove that encourages furniture to walk only at the first opportunity. They are useless and even dangerous for any furniture you actually use like chairs, beds or dining tables which is what I need them for. In return, they demand an angry refund. The only plus is the very fast delivery. But if the food is rubbish, it doesn't matter how fast the waiter brings it, right?
