When it comes to vitamins/supplements it is always good to do your research or at least know that a product is genuine and made by a genuine manufacturer. This product here has a quality that deserves the approval of both! I used to take 5 htp when I was in my crazy days but never stuck to a store bought brand, never been consistent but still badly needed. Now that I've tried this one I'm sticking with it as I can trust the source and enjoy the convenience of fast delivery to my door! This is great for the busy, entrepreneurial lifestyle I live where some days can be a bit hectic with a constant rush and an always-on-the-go mentality.
