The best thing for the money, Im glad I chose this option.

Since I am more of a beginner when it comes to computers, I won't share any information with you regarding the hardware. Instead, I will discuss my general impressions as a basic user. I needed a laptop that was both adaptable and powerful. I am not a gamer but I do use the internet and I work in an office. Although I do not play games, I have not ruled out the possibility of playing something. I like how it looks and the color of the lighting, which is a lovely green. The keys on the keyboard are padded and very comfortable to type on. The touchpad operates really smoothly and quickly at all times. The gameplay is enjoyable despite the fact that the performance isn't quite up to par yet (more on that below). I was underwhelmed by the battery life. When set to save power and used for movie watching, it will function for exactly 4 hours. I only spent one hour of my time playing Shadow of the Tomb Rider. Prior to that, I didn't have access to such powerful laptops, so my expectations for the battery were different. This was especially the case given that in one review, they discussed how the laptop could work normally for up to six hours. There is no degradation of the battery. In relation to video games, when the power supply is low, the game runs substantially more slowly, but when it is plugged in, it runs incredibly quickly and smoothly. After playing for thirty minutes, the right side of the laptop begins to heat up, and it begins to make some noise. The display was noticeably yellow when I first turned it on, but I was able to correct it through the calibration process. Despite this, the screen is not as white as I would like it to be; I just know this from experience with other laptops. But by this point, I'm used to it. The case picks up dirt and fingerprints really readily, but they seem to vanish into thin air after a while, so it's not too bothersome. And you are correct, the body has some pointed edges. Two USB connectors is something that could be difficult, but up to this point, it hasn't really been an issue for me. My opinion is that for the money, this is a really high-quality laptop.

Pros
  • In terms of performance, the keyboard, and the backlight
Cons
  • Battery Capacity
