Excellent glass jar. I bought these to make my own lip balm. The lid isn't real wood, it just looks like wood, which is a bit disappointing. Inside is a white plastic stopper that doesn't fit snugly in the opening of the jar. If you remove the cap and turn it upside down, the gasket will just fall out. If you put something flimsy in here, like butter or even cream, there's a good chance it will leak. The balms I put in solidify at room temperature, so I can't say for sure. If the gasket had fitted well I would have rated it one star higher. If the lids were made out of real wood I would give them one more star.
