I really like this pillow. I haven't had much neck pain since using it but I do have a few small complaints about it, firstly it does ride up my sheets and panties a bit, it doesn't really tell me to put it in a pillowcase so I'm not sure if i should do it. Second is the cooling aspect, it doesn't really seem any cooler than I thought it would be. and used in an air conditioned room with a ceiling fan and a fan blowing directly on my head. and a final minor complaint is that I feel it's a little lower than it should be. I just saw that you can get a piece to make it bigger. so I would like to know where to get it.
