Fairly good product (and very well made), but has 2 major flaws. 1 ) When installing in drywall rather than studwork, DO NOT use the anchors provided! They can snap out! Lots of other reviews indicate they are. I used them at first and immediately saw the top anchor starting to move out. It's not safe I have young kids and need to keep them from getting crushed by a falling bike. Instead, go to your local big home store that has an orange logo and buy a Hillman 3-1/6" Pull Toggle (6-pack) P /N 1005721563 for $7 for 6 pieces. They work AMAZINGLY WELL and are SUPER DURABLE. They won't come out unless a 4 inch piece of drywall rips out a huge hole and comes out with them. 2) The metal wheel carrier is too short! It should be a few inches longer. Even on my old mountain bike with 26" rims, it was **barely** enough to keep the front wheel off the wall. Many modern mountain bikes have much larger wheels - 27", 28" or even 29", I suppose me on . This would certainly push the front wheel against the wall. It's not critical, but the design needs fixing. All in all a good product and I would recommend it. the alone. They do NOT come with the product!
