The ability to have direct messaging between patients and providers in real time has been invaluable for our organization. I don't think that we could be doing without it at this point. It's not always easy to get through as there are many different platforms out there but once you find one that works well for your needs then its great! We use it primarily during patient appointments when they call us about their issues or questions. Sometimes if they want to speak directly with someone from the clinic instead of calling back, we can facilitate that also.
