The ability to have direct messaging between patients and providers in real time has been invaluable for our organization. I don't think that we could be doing without it at this point. I like that it allows for the easy monitoring of my child's meds and the ease of administering them. I dislike that it is so expensive and that it takes a lot of the training out of the equation. For some patients, this helps with monitoring their meds and their side effects. It has allowed me to do my job better and easier.
