I like that it allows for the easy monitoring of my child's meds and the ease of administering them. I dislike that it is so expensive and that it takes a lot of the training out of the equation. For some patients, this helps with monitoring their meds and their side effects. It has allowed me to do my job better and easier. It has also allowed my child to have more control over her medication and be able to take control of her life. I like that you can do so much from your computer. You can send emails, update patient information, pay bills. The software is easy to use for anyone who has basic computer skills. It can be very time consuming to enter all of the data into each appointment. If there is any question about what needs to be entered it takes a long time to find an answer or have someone walk you through it. The ability to keep track of patients appointments and access them at any time from anywhere is great.
