Very unfortunate purchase. The product came in a box but only partially assembled. The onion (the main ingredient) was floating in the cage. This meant I had to disassemble the unit - following very sketchy instructions - and screw the bulb in all the way. Repeated calls to 911 for help were another time waster. Nobody ever called back. The electrical connections were loose, so I had to fix those as well. After the repair (it took a whole day), the device worked. Many bugs have been killed, but these two carcasses are simply built up by the power grid. It's almost impossible to clean. After several frustrating months I have invested in another product and finally solved the insect problem in my garden. If you want a device that will work right out of the box and provide reliable service for more than a few months, don't choose this.
