I'm a delivery driver and my shipping app is eating my battery like crazy. I used to carry around multiple external battery packs and/or battery cases, but this solution is much better. And required as I can connect my phone over 50 times in a day! Just keep your phone charged when this is installed! Simply insert the tip and leave the tip in the device. That's all! The cable is now tip-proof (charges in all directions) and secure to the device! (works for either microUSB or USB-C (I don't use an iDevice, so I don't have a Lightning connector). My ONLY complaint is also partly my fault. Due to how the tip works, *sticks* out of the port. So that if you accidentally drop the phone, you can damage the tip. Hurry up to damage my tip and break the magnet around the tip (it broke in half. So it doesn't "auto-dock" anymore, but I must wiggle Good thing the cable comes with 2 more tips of the same type!
