First of all I like the workmanship and quality overall very much. It has many different settings that you can access in the camera control app. Photos and videos are truly crisp, with no blurring or graininess. Customer support via in-app messages only. They always respond when you have a problem and answer every question. I've only had it for 2 weeks and the batteries seem to be working fine. My only issue was that when the temperature was below 35 degrees Fahrenheit, the camera seemed to shut up and not respond. After warming up, it begins to react again. I will replace the alkaline batteries and try lithium batteries which my friends told me would solve the problem and also last longer. I'll be upgrading in a month or so but so far I really like this camera for the price and plan on buying a second one if the lithium batteries solve my problem.
