Blue light readers greatly reduced the eye strain I received from doing more than normal cell phone, computer and Kindle work when I stayed home longer than usual. But as a multitasker, I found it frustrating to use a cellphone with readers and pick them up while watching TV across the room. So bifocal readers seemed like the perfect solution, and they work pretty well. I will say I have a small head but these are very tight (after a while they really start to hurt a little and I have to take them off for a minute or two). In addition, the bifocal part takes up more lenses than we would like. But overall I'm very happy with them - they do what I bought them for.
