Good on them: Can presumably be used separately Good bass Fits quite well Good sound quality Communication quality is quite good Wireless charging on case Bad: Pairing seems difficult at times - no "pairing mode" by pressing buttons ( it is not specified in the instructions) Sometimes slips out of the ear after prolonged use. The charging case cover is a bit flimsy, so I've always been wary of it (maybe it's just paranoia). , quality, noise cancellation and battery life are all very good as you can see from the first reviews I gave it. They aren't responsive to touch, but the button on the side is responsive without requiring much pressure. My problem is that the headphones stopped pairing after less than 1 month of use. Everything worked great at first. About a week ago I noticed that the left earbud stopped pairing. According to the instructions, the headphones should automatically switch between the headphones that are "main" in about 5 seconds. I've never seen them do it very well and I've had to take them both out from time to time so they both turn off and then take out the one I want and leave the other in the case. I didn't care. I'm not one to complain about such trifles. I usually use the right one. One day when I pulled out the left one to use it, I noticed it flashed a white light. The audio queue said the headphones were on, but the flashing white light wouldn't stop. I tried pairing it to my phone manually. As I was waiting for it to connect, it suddenly disappeared from the list. I tried putting it back into pairing mode but that didn't work. I then plugged it into my laptop (like before and it saved to the device list). When I was waiting for it to pair with a laptop. the same happened. Just gone. The same when I went to pair on my tablet. The right one connected with no problems and the left one was unusable. I read in manual mode that you basically have to factory reset it. I did as instructed and held the button on both earbuds for 6 seconds. Spring. Now none of the headphones do anything. The one on the left is still blinking white while the one on the right just sits there. They turn on but don't connect. I've requested a refund because I won't waste time getting another kit from the manufacturer if it doesn't work in less than a month.
