The printer looks good but has a few problems: 1) no support, twice I emailed them for help and got no response. It is recommended to use the CURA software in the CD, there is no such printer profile in this software, the printer name is Jayo, but it is Sunlu s8 and there is no profile for that name either. The manual says to use the ender profile (totally different brand) 2) After you select the ender profile, there is no such driver to communicate with the pc with the printer and the only way to do this To do is simply download the Sliced file onto a CD and then insert that into the printer. 3) The bed needs to be leveled every time you print and I have no idea why... 4) For the glass of the bed you need to apply special glue every time to make the filament stick to the surface of the bed. Why not just exchange it for a special cover (can be bought separately)5) The print quality is sometimes very bad... I would advise against buying this printer
