Love this case! I used to order cases from Mosiso and liked them a lot, so this time I went for "crystal clear". It looks very nice on my MacBook Pro and fits like a glove! The other cases I ordered were opaque and felt like hard rubber. I loved it! This is a very useful feature when you're lifting the car from the side, because Macs are slippery little devils for what they are. This case is more like hard shiny plastic but still allows my fingers to grip the computer - MUCH easier to grip than just a laptop. A protective film for the keyboard and screen was included with the case. I was able to install everything with no problems, but instructions were also included if I needed them. I will definitely order from Mosiso again.
