I like that you can customize reports for each department in my business (sales/service). You also have access from anywhere with an internet connection which is great! Sometimes it's difficult when there are multiple users accessing one software because they all see what everyone else has done instead of just seeing their own data. We use this as our point of sales system so we need something where customers don't get confused by different screens. It helps us keep track of everything about every customer who comes into our store - whether its service work or parts orders.
