Another round of product development would really help this light. The positive: They fit perfectly with the other elements in our Forest River R-Pod. They're not for the street of a dream home, but they're great for that setting. And there aren't many dimmers on the market that interest us the most. Cons: Too much. Too much of. Bright. Even at 25%, the lowest setting. We do not perform cardiac bypass surgeries in our R-Pod. So I applied a thin layer of off-white paint to the inside of the plastic "tints". Much better. Another minus: it is almost impossible to find the power button in the dark. You can hardly feel the markings, which are cast in plastic. This is an unforced error that should never have made it into the final product. I'll probably find a white rubber flat washer that can be glued on to make it easier to find. If anyone here gets interested, I'll post my results. All in all we like keeping them and if we like them after a few rides we'll probably swap out all the attachments on them.
