Inexpensive, but with sharp teeth. I had to sand it down so it wouldn't scratch when I used it. I want to use this to trim my 2 year old's hair and it was scratching his scalp. The teeth are sharp so I took some fine sandpaper and sanded it and washed it off and it's better now. Cheap is not always good.
