These sunglasses really impressed me and I love wearing them. The packaging was impressive, complete with case, cleaning cloth, screwdriver; much more than I expected! Polarized lenses gave excellent image sharpness. Unfortunately, the black padding DESTROYS your peripheral vision! I commute to and from work every day and the lack of peripheral vision was too dangerous for me to continue using it. I'd say you're wasting a good 30% of your viewing area on padding. I wanted to love these glasses but I was actually too scared of cycling to continue using them. I couldn't see oncoming traffic when I looked over my shoulder before crossing the street and it just wasn't worth the risk. Luckily the padding is easy to remove, but I also made a conscious choice to get these goggles because I like the padding because it keeps small bugs out of my eyes when I'm riding. (There are huge swarms of mosquitoes; they go right in your eyes with regular glasses!) The glasses look "less cool" even without black accents, so unfortunately mine were sold as "spare glasses" or "gardening glasses" classified where the lack of peripheral vision won't kill me. I would love to try another pair from the same company as the finish and packaging was so impressive but I cannot recommend them due to the dangerous visual impairment.
