Great for travel and I absolutely MUST travel with a wedge pillow to help with my reflux which happens when I'm laying horizontally. For the price I'm quite satisfied. It's fairly easy to inflate and I usually find balloons difficult to inflate at all. It takes a while to deflate, and I think that's actually a good thing, because if they'd designed it to be easier to deflate at the nozzle, it probably wouldn't hold the air very well otherwise. The main downside is that I wouldn't recommend it. For heavier people there is definitely a small air leak just because I'm a relatively short person (less than 100 pounds) and sleep on it for about 7-8 hours at night. When I wake up, I'm still elevated at a pretty noticeable angle, but I can imagine it's not very good for a heavier person to be able to hold enough air under their weight for a night's sleep.
