Review on DBTech Handheld Multi-Purpose Electric Steam Cleaner: Effortlessly Clean with Power and Precision by Jesse Bailey

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great working product, lots of great accessories, well put together, unfortunately not hot enough for my cleaning needs.

I think I took multipurpose too much to heart. When I was young I worked as an auto mechanic. I know what the title is. Anyway, while I was at work I bought a steamer very similar to this one as an experimental tool. Little did I know that this would become one of the greatest tools at my disposal. I started using it for one reason, to get rid of dried stains. They usually look at coffee, sodas, milk, and even things like gum and candy. We always found similar things somewhere in the car - if you're lucky then a cup holder, if not then on the dashboard and radio (don't ask how). We heated up one of those pressure steam generators and steamed off all those stains and amazingly they just melted away with no hesitation! Then I started using it everywhere like a regular sterilizer. When I bought this product I wanted to use it for those stubborn stains and spills, especially in those hard to reach places. However, I wasn't that lucky. This unit came with a wonderful set of attachments, all kinds of attachments for different jobs and applications. The plastic is what you'd expect for $29.99 - cheap but gets the job done. The device itself is well weighted and has a nice solid grip. The cable also feels securely attached and I don't foresee any flimsy cases. Now the actual steaming works, but at a low temperature. I found this to be my only complaint and unfortunately it was serious enough to force me to return the purchase. Although steam came out, it wasn't hot enough to significantly affect my cleaning needs. The block I used previously was at such a high temperature that abuse would certainly burn you, but that also meant it handled gooey grease very well. Unfortunately, I didn't have the same experience here.

Cons
