** 2 months update. When I got home from work tonight the light started flickering then went out, started smoking and caught fire. They worked great for 2 months, not sure what happened. I contacted the manufacturer and they responded immediately and offered to send new replacement lights free of charge. I bought these to add some extra visibility to my recumbent bike. Haven't tried them in the rain yet. They are super bright! They're like headlights, so if you're thinking of mounting them on the front of something, you can position them to point at the ground because they'll saturate everything with light, not directed. They are stiff and the glue is very sticky. These lamps are worth their money. I hope they survive the rain.
