The ease of use, it is so easy that I can learn how my prospect uses our product by simply exploring her profile - she doesn't even have an email address! Also very good integration with sales force cloud (Sales Cloud) which makes reporting much easier than if we had just used one platform alone like Pipedrive would be nice but not critical as this feature works well enough already. We are able quickly identify contacts who will benefit from using our tool vs those whom won’t due to lack of interest / need etc.
