Usually go through quite a few belts, as I am a bit on the heavier side, and constant pressure means belts tend not to like to, lets say, keep there original shape.which makes for not keeping pants up too well. Used to get the mesh style you just pop the metal piece into it, tug it a bit tighter, repeat when it got loose.which left for a wrecked belt after a bit.Well.looked up different styles, came across this one and went " Huh, this one looks interesting, maybe it will work better? Looks kind of odd, not my normal style ". Can not hurt to try, so I did. Received it, took out trashy belt, slid this one in, and.imagine my surprise at realizing it worked better then I had hoped! The inset grooves and how it works? Novel.worked for my pudgy self, tug a bit tighter, it clicks in, no issues.pants stay UP! .Effective, well worth it, and delighted with it enough to bother leaving a review!
