I am satisfied with this light strip. I use it to add better lighting to my streaming setup. I'm on Zoom all the time so it has to look good. I basically took a piece of white styrofoam and glued this strip (6 rows) onto it with its own glue. I didn't bother cutting and making solder lines. Instead, I just flipped it around the corners. Not as professional, but much easier. I didn't want to solder anything. I attached some Dupont connectors to the wires, then added a barrel connector and connected it to the dimmer like this: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KW4NCCJ which is connected to a 12v power supply which seems to be got an old laptop at some point. Works great and fades well too. The whole thing took a few minutes and I never had to solder. They can be pretty bright whatever you want in a small space. The color is really beautiful. It's pure white. Not cold, but not warm either. I have shades of light in my room and switch them to "Concentration" where they go well with it. I'm tempted to buy another one and trim it down to make a little fill light. Please note that you need a real power supply. I tried this once with a small 12V wall wart that probably outputs 1A and it wasn't enough. In any case, a good buy. The light quality from them is really good and they dim well. Really easy to use.
