The zipper "opened " from the bag
The handbag looked beautiful. Less than I expected. But the zipper started to "untie" when it was taken out of the bag. That was enough. I didn't want to get another one as my lovely handbag I have has this problem after 4 years. So let's not try to get another bag if the first of the bags had problems with the zipper. But it was nice.
