NO game for two!

I've never played this game. I got this because Revain's description says "exciting fun for 2-6 players". I play with my granddaughter so I needed a game for two. When I received it, the box says 3-6 players. If you're buying this for 2 players, you'd better get something else.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Clarity

Fun for the whole family.

Our whole family loved this game! It's easy enough for my 6 year old but fun enough for my teen. My kids enjoy the fun characters on each map and love "dueling" each other to steal goats and build their herd. Turn off the TV and become the goat lord!

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • No instructions

FUN but instructions are confusing

This is a really fun game, not at all what you would expect from a deck of cards. Please note if you have never played before the instructions aren't that clear for beginners and I'm not entirely sure we played 100% by the book, but it was fun. I think we'll check the video and hopefully it will be clear as mud. Also, I don't see any kids playing it. in any case those who are under 10 years old; maybe if they cooperate with adults, at least to make themselves comfortable. Although we almost…

Christmas present Success

We play board/card games and have collected quite a lot. Some are surprisingly good. Others are assholes. I'm happy to report that Goat Lords made it into the top category! The first game was with my husband, teenage son and I, but we plan to take them to the neighbors for regular game nights. It has a funny premise. Gameplay is fast and fun. I also believe that he will have many opportunities to repeat himself. The only gripe is that the guide probably needs improvement - it's a bit vague…

Fun for all ages and very different

Bought this for myself as a teenager to play as we love board and card games. We have a lot of these, but I was looking for something different. I stumbled across this game and read the reviews so I bought it. We didn't understand the rules at first, but there was a video on YouTube showing how to play. Once started, we didn't want to stop. This game is really fun and quirky and my 13 year old daughter really liked it because she's obsessed with goats now lol. I would recommend this game to…

The perfect family game for school children, teenagers and parents!

My family (husband and two teenage boys) love this game. We usually like strategy games a lot so I was afraid this game wouldn't suit us, but it has the right pace, humor and gameplay that's always fun! It can be played quickly so you don't need to set aside an hour to play it, but if you want you can easily play it over and over again to keep playing that long. I highly recommend this game. My teens love it but it was very easy to learn and the younger kids got to play and the whole family…

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • So-so

Garbage. Exactly the same rules as "Cover Your Assets" (it's a great game), just without some of the things that make the game smooth and smooth. We played it as a family with four kids aged 10, 9, 7 and 5. Nobody liked it. We didn't even finish the first game because everyone was bored and pissed that it had flaws that Cover Your Assets didn't have. As we just played another game we all realized straight away that this is some kind of rip off of the assets game and the only thing I like about…

Goat Lords is WAY more fun than Cover your Assets

I've heard people say that Goat Lords Cover your Assets is too similar, but I've asked my family and friends who we introduced the game to , and the feedback on it . Goat Lords wins by landslide victory! EVERYONE said Goat Lords is 10x BETTER than Cover Your Assets! Both games are based on the old Steal the Bundle/Pile card game, but Goat Lords does it much better! I love Goat Lord for several reasons: It's like covering up your wealth on steroids! It's more intense and more fun! This alone is…
