Polishes glass very well but does not remove scratches very well

Does exactly what it says on the tin. I used this product manually with DA and a rotating buffer. I've also used heavy blending pads and glass pads with buffers. Even with the power and heat of the rotating buffer, medium to large scratches will not be removed. It effortlessly removes the film from deposits that are out of reach of the wiper blades, leaving your windshield looking smooth and even again. This product is far superior to Windex or even polishes/clearcoats. However, not as strong as pure cerium oxide powder. I really like this product because it makes my car windows look better than new ones. With each use, this product will remove any mineral deposits left behind by tap water, rainwater or winter mud. The shine it leaves on the windshield is unmatched. It also makes scratches much harder to see. It doesn't completely remove scratches, it just makes them less noticeable. If a fingernail gets into a scratch/crack in the windshield, the windshield will need to be replaced. No polish will remove it safely. As for the disadvantages, this tool dissolves in water. With a reversible buffer, it dries very quickly. I use a parts spray (for lubrication) to keep it wet, I also add a small amount of Meguiar's m205 polish to add a small amount of buffing oil to keep it from drying out too quickly. This combination is much easier to work with than the product itself. The second disadvantage is that after drying, this material is very difficult to remove, especially from plastic. Be careful of splashes when using the machine. I buy a rag for $0.98 and use duct tape to mask off the windshield. The $2 prep saves you hours of cleanup later. On rubber and plastic surfaces, this product likes to last a long time.
