This face shield came with a plastic sheet (1st photo) to protect the face shield from scratches. I had to remove the screw that looks like a handle, remove some of the plastic wrap and screw the screen back on. This is to avoid leaving a mark on the sign (2nd photo). The third photo is just the packaging they use for this mask. 4th photo when the plastic wrap is completely removed as you can see it is transparent. This face shield is also adjustable, you just don't need to adjust the knob/screw too loose enough that it won't fall off when you lift the face shield because the material is thicker than some other face shields. The elastic band is a bit tight, it will definitely leave marks if you wear it for a long time. As for the fog, I tried breathing in and out while wearing a mask and goggles, my goggles didn't fog up, but the top of the shield near the yellow band did fog up a bit, you wouldn't even notice. But still, if it's fog, it's probably protecting you from the atmosphere around you. Hope this is helpful, we still need to wash our hands constantly and be safe at all times.
