I have worked with them as both agency manager/sales team member so can't comment purely from client side but what i did like was they always took control & ownership over projects in house which is great when you know your stuff! Nothing really to dislike apart maybe having some more senior staff that could be brought into management roles instead if just 2 people handling all work? But this would also depend upon workload etc not sure about cost implications either way though it may come down too much overall budget / profit margin at end result..
