I like how easy it is for me to use this program when working with my students that have ADHD/ADD because of its simple layout as well as being able to customize features per student's needs! It would be helpful if there were more icons or buttons so you can easily navigate through each feature without having to scroll down. If your looking into PPM please do yourself an favor by checking out all their different programs they offer which include but are not limited too; ABA Therapy Training & Assessment, Behavior Consultation Services, Individual Counseling Skills Assessments, Instructional Coaching Solutions, School Discipline Support, Safety Program Implementation, etc.. There are also many other great benefits offered such as webinars, free training guides plus much more!! The biggest benefit we receive from using these tools at school level has been increased productivity. I like that PPM is very easy to use and has a lot of resources available for us to make our job easier. The program is not as user friendly as some other programs out there. Sometimes it's hard to know where to go or what to do next. There are many different ways to get help with things but sometimes you have to search through them all before finding something that works for you. It allows me to track my employees performance and give them feedback on how they can improve their work.
