The most useful feature is that you can track your cases at any time, regardless of where or when they are in their life cycle. It's easy for attorneys to use since it has all features needed by an attorney office (case tracking, etc.). You have to pay extra if you want more powerful options than what comes with the standard version. I think this is worth paying for because the functionality exceeds our expectations. We've been able to streamline how we do business as well as track progress of each client over the years.
