The thread can be easily loosened and the sole opens. I bought a pair for each of my daughters and the same for both. They are great for climbing and hiking and are easy to put on.

- Good running shoes for the game. Kids grow up fast so this is a great value. Fits well. Strong yet flexible
- Worn in one day and the shoes fell apart. So disappointing.
