It helps me focus my time by having someone else handle all server side problems associated with code writing. I can concentrate solely on what's important - creating great customer experiences! There are times when it would be nice if you could see exactly where your application/website will appear or function but this isn't always an option depending upon how much content/data we're pulling into our system. The support team has been incredibly helpful at every step through our process. They were extremely patient while explaining things over several months without realizing there was something wrong until after the fact.
