This cartridge installed and printed about 10 pages before it suddenly stopped printing black ink per page. I've tried cleaning the print cartridges 3 times but that only used up my color cartridges and still no black ink. I took out the cartridge and shook it and there is still a lot of black ink in it. Also put it on a piece of paper and of course there will be a black mark. This is a brand new printer, the cartridge was very low on ink so I bought it as a replacement which unfortunately is junk. Don't waste your money on this product.
