I don't know what happened. Ordered this twice. The first order received only one cartridge, which was opened. This cartridge is not recognized by my printer. Went back and confirmed I should have received 2 cartridges so I ordered a replacement. The order came as expected, installed with no problems. It seems to be working satisfactorily.

This cartridge installed and printed about 10 pages before it suddenly stopped printing black ink per page. I've tried cleaning the print cartridges 3 times but that only used up my color cartridges and still no black ink. I took out the cartridge and shook it and there is still a lot of black ink in it. I used to have problems with Lemero cartridges. I installed a cartridge with this replacement and it works perfectly. I'm worried about the second cartridge, if it doesn't work and it's expired I'll get in trouble.

I have an EPSON WF-2860 printer and I usually use Epson ink cartridges due to the high number of copies I print per day. I end up buying more ink. I saw this LEMERO replacement cartridge saying it should be compatible with my printer. The first pack I bought worked but the second time none of the cartridges worked so I wasted my money. When I called their 1800 number, the record said their customer service was no longer supported. I will not recommend this product.
