Review on Web Maven by Timothy Barnes

All it takes is getting started! I am not super experienced with analytics so this product took minimal time implementation. There are a ton of features that really make the product amazing as well. Honestly, I don't think there's anything at all i dislike about the product. You'll have no problem finding something in this tool that best applies to you. We wanted a way to view web traffic to our site from different countries/regions which has helped to improve SEO for us (in some cases, but mostly from seeing what keywords are bringing in visitors from various areas of the world.) Also, we needed a means by which we could monitor our user profiles (what actions do our customers take most?) which again is also beneficial for determining ROI. It is very easy to use, it's very intuitive and the support team is amazing! We are using this app to improve our sales process, we can see which pages our visitors like and dislike and it helps us increase our conversion rate. The only thing I don't like about it is that sometimes you need to wait some minutes before seeing the results. I highly recommend this tool. I am solving the problem of having a better understanding of my customers and giving them more personalized attention.
