Dry lips best with balms and moisturizers

I live in Hawaii and do permanent lip makeup, so I need a lip balm with sunscreen to protect the color. The smell and taste are great, but with constant use, my lips have become very dry. They might be good for a casual day in the sun, but who needs a 6-pack for casual use?
