I love this 1mm elastic thread from Mandala Crafts. I only use it for all my Covid19 masks. The mandala matched the quality of their cord. It was perfect for my mask making ear loops. I gave it 4 stars because I can very rarely find the "start" end of a line. They don't make it easier to find, if there is one at all. I usually have to cut it and fight it, it's annoying. When I find the end of the starter, it keeps getting caught between layers of thread. I am assuming they are using a coil winding machine. Also, all the spools I bought weren't continuous, every few meters there are 2 ends tied together that I have to untie, which conflicts with my desired length of rope for the ear loops. Otherwise they are almost perfect.
