I like how easy it is to use for my clients, as well as myself! It's very clear what you're doing once you log in with your client information (or if using yourself). The price point can be steep at times - however there are some great deals out there that make this product worth every penny of its cost. Definitely give madewrite software a try before making any decisions about switching or not! We have been able to streamline our process by removing manual tasks from our team members' daily workflow. This has allowed us time back into other aspects of their workday such as meetings/client communication. With Madewritethe ability to track all communications between ourselves & our colleagues has become much easier than ever before. Our internal stakeholders also benefit greatly because they now receive an accurate overview of each meeting we hold so they know exactly who was present when things were.
