Runs relatively quiet at low speed (I move enough air) and light. out of control. It has a tiny button that's practically hidden on the back of the device. It's hard to reach and MUST be pressed every time you want to turn it on or off. I've tried turning off a running fan and then rebuilding it (hoping I could control it with the power supply) but no, that doesn't work - you still have to go to the back of the unit and find that and press damn it Button. Also, you have to click it multiple times to cycle through all three speeds before it can be disabled - such an annoying little "bug" - I just want to be able to easily toggle it on or off. good, otherwise it's a worthy fan.
